Rotor-wound mill RVM-600

The rotary-vicre mill is designed for thin grinding, mixing and activating solid materials. The equipment allows you to grind materials with a hardness of up to 6 units according to MOOS, receiving particles with a size of 5 mKM or less at the output. Mills are equipped with a built -in classification step. This allows you to get a uniform powder of a given dispersion at the output.
The resulting fine -ground material can be used in various fields of production:
- construction industry (production of building materials);
- chemical and paint and varnish industry, collmatants;
- Food industry.
At the mill, the following materials can be grinded:
-mineral (chalk, talc, gypsum, drill, coal, ammonium phosphate, mica, graphite, slag, ash, cement, fertilizer, etc.);
-polimers (PVC, polyethylene for rotational molding, polypropylene, rubber);
-organic (wood flour for DPK, herbal flour, tobacco, feathers of flour, cake, screw, shell, tobacco, kmz, rice husk);
-SUCHOUS POWERS (sugar powder, rice, soy, lupine, pepper, spices, hijacked flour, etc.).
The equipment of the supplied mill is determined by the customer’s task and may include:
